Verified First: How a Partner Earns a Place on YuvaRealty
Every partner passes the same three checks before a listing goes live, and keeps passing them. Here is what each check looks for, and how to apply the same tests anywhere.
Anyone can publish a listing. What matters is what happened before it went live. On YuvaRealty the order is deliberate: certification comes first, and the listing comes after. Never the other way round.
Documents and identity
Title deeds, business registration and personal identification are confirmed before any account is approved. This is the unglamorous check, and it removes the most common problem in property: a seller who cannot show that the land is theirs to sell.
Track record
Past clients and references are contacted directly. A clean file on paper is not proof enough by itself, because paperwork shows what a partner holds, not how they behave. Speaking to people who have actually dealt with them closes that gap.

Ongoing review
Certification is not a one-time stamp. Partners who stop meeting the standard lose the right to list. That matters to a buyer, because it means the badge reflects how a partner works today, not how they looked on the day they joined.
One standard for every kind of partner
The network includes property partners (developers, agents, agencies and property managers), service providers, product suppliers and consultancy partners. Whichever door they came through, they went through the same process before being given a place on the platform.
Three questions to ask any seller, anywhere
The same logic works well beyond this platform. Before you pay anyone for property, ask:
- Who exactly owns this, and can they show me? The documents and the identity should agree with each other.
- Who has dealt with this person before, and will they speak to me? A genuine track record survives a phone call.
- What happens if something changes after the sale? A reliable partner will have an answer ready.
If a seller resists all three, you have learned what you needed to know. If you would rather deal with partners who have already answered them, start with our list of certified partners.
